The Land of Tomorrow masterplan will create a new paradigm for a sustainable, mixed-use coastal community, to become a catalyst for the responsible revitalisation of Larnaka and the wider region.
New living and working communities will provide the amenities needed to support the growth of Larnaka’s resident population, attracting new people and businesses from overseas to an elevated and sophisticated setting.The progressive project, dedicated to creating a better future and aiming to positively impact the Cyprus economy, will also include new world-class tourism facilities to attract travellers to the island, as Land of Tomorrow shines bright in the international spotlight.

Taking shape and form following the assignment of the masterplan design to the world-renowned firm Foster + Partners – a global studio for architecture, engineering, urban, and landscape design rooted in sustainability – the team is ready to bring their extensive global expertise to Larnaka, giving the city the progressive design it truly deserves. Foster + Partners will bring the project to life in collaboration with UDS Architects, under the coordination of Delfi Partners & Co.
